Know-how and natural ingredients, this is our bakery. We use quality and gourmet products such as organic flour crushed on a stone grinder in a family flour mill, AOC butter or even seasonal and local products. Our products are carefully selected, without additives or preservatives, fresh and healthy products. We offer gluten-free flour (rice, chestnut, buckwheat, lentil, chickpea) and various seeds (sesame, squash, flax, poppy, etc.) each with its own nutritional and taste qualities.
